Supply Chain Manger - Warehouse, Logistics, Fleet Management
Description
Logistics & Distribution
- Manage inbound, interplant, and outbound deliveries
- Ensure high OTIF (on-time, in-full) performance
- Optimize freight, routing, and load efficiency
- Warehousing (Multi-Site + 3PL)
- Oversee internal and 3rd party warehouses (cold & dry)
- Ensure proper storage, space utilization, and compliance
Inventory Control (Core Priority)
- Maintain high inventory accuracy across all locations
- Enforce FIFO/FEFO and batch traceability
- Minimize losses (spoilage, damage, expiry, pilferage)
Fleet Management
- Manage company-owned trucks and 3rd party transporters
- Oversee maintenance, fuel efficiency, and utilization
- Implement controls on fuel usage and driver performance
Vendor & 3PL Management
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs
- Monitor performance and enforce accountability
- Off-Site Production Coordination
- Control material movement and inventory across tolling partners
Cold Chain Compliance
- Ensure temperature integrity across storage and transport
Cost Optimization
- Reduce logistics, warehousing, and fleet costs
- Improve overall supply chain efficiency

Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- 7–10+ years in supply chain, logistics, and warehousing
- Strong background in multi-site operations and 3PL management
- Proven experience in fleet management
- Industry Preference: Food manufacturing / FMCG / cold chain / frozen products
- Technical Skills: Inventory systems (ERP/WMS) and strong operational and cost control mindset
- Experience managing cross-functional and multi-location teams
- Strong vendor negotiation and performance management skills
