Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in the chemical industry.
- Strong competence in research and development of chemicals.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management and technical software.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the chemical industry.
- Proven track record of innovation and process improvement.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
