Financial Management
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and entries
- Prepares monthly financial reports and adjustments
- P&L prepares and variance analysis
- Manage monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliation with corresponding schedules
Internal Processes
- Provide supervision of daily accounting and finance operations of accounts payable, receivables, receipts and treasury.
- Responsible for month end journals and adjustments
- Review and checks salary allowances liquidation
- Supervise and monitor aged status and collection of receivables and coordinates with inter-department to accelerate collections
- Coordinates in the preparation of annual audit by providing required supporting schedules for the completion of the Annual Financial Statements and Income Tax Return
- Ensure integrity of data and reports submission are met based on agreed timeline
- Provide timely and financial reports accurately
Compliance
- Responsible for and supporting the financial requirements for both internal and external partners.
- To be able to handle accounting procedures in adherence with government laws
- Prepares quarterly income tax return and other monthly BIR payments.

Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- University Degree or College Diploma in the field of Accounting & Finance
- Must be CPA
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a focus on financial management, accounting, or a related field.
- Effective business acumen.
- A high level of numeracy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Leadership skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Willingness to work with others and respect their views
