05 Nov: DOLE Releases Guidelines on Availment of Cash Aid under TUPAD Program

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), under Department Order (DO) No. 219 Series of 2020, released the guidelines on the implementation of Tulong Panghanap Buhay Para sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD), pursuant to Republic Act (R.A.) No. 10121. The DO was approved on October 28, 2020, and is set to provide employment and cash assistance aid to distressed workers affected by COVID-19.

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), under the Labor Advisory No. 18 Series of 2020, releases guidelines on the cost of COVID-19 prevention and control measures. The advisory is set to guide private sector employers on the scope of their shouldered costs in the implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control measures for their employees, especially those who are returning to the workplace.
